华升淀粉机工作原理：

淀粉原料被送入喂料口后，在刺辊作用下被粉碎成丝状，并被带进锥磨座。在螺旋轴的推动下，被挤进由锥磨内外壳形成的狭小缝隙中，在锥磨内壳的转动作用下物料进一步被挤压、粉碎、研磨，从而使淀粉从纤维上游离出来。被研磨后的物料挤进分离筒后在搅拌轴的作用下与水充分混合，其中游离的淀粉溶入水中，通过分离筛流出并被收集待用，剩余的渣滓在搅拌轴的推进下，被推出分离筒外。
