1. 该机采用PLC触摸屏，三电机矢量控制/力矩电机控制、自动锥度
张力，中心卷取方式。主机采用变频调速，保持加速中平衡运转。
2. 自动计米、报警功能；收卷采用A、B气胀轴结构，装卸操作方便；
3. 放卷采用光电自动纠偏修正系统，使不规则材料能正常分切。
4. 圆刀纵切废边自动排放除装置（吸风碎纸排除）。
5. 气动式自动上料，配气胀轴。
