专用套筒分为内套筒、外套筒，施工时，内套筒抓住螺栓杆梅花头，外套筒紧固螺栓螺帽，反向紧固。到达扭矩后，内套筒把梅花头扭断，这时抽出套筒，扣动扳机弹出梅花头。

扭剪型电动扳手在工作之前，要把套筒头对准螺栓梅花头合理地插进，插到底部后再开始工作。

一般地：当紧固螺栓到相当次数时，内套筒会因磨损而造成弹不出梅花头，这时更换套筒即可重新使用。

若在施工过程中，当梅花头弹不出时，可能的原因有以下几种：

①螺栓材质有问题。当螺栓发软时，会造成梅花头弹不出来。

②施工不正确。若插入螺栓时不顺利或者有倾斜角度，就可能造成梅花头弹不出来。

② Incorrect construction. If the bolt insertion is not smooth or there is an inclination angle, it may cause the plum blossom head to not pop out.

③套筒出现问题。请检查套筒是否已经磨损过度，或其他情况，也会造成梅花头弹不出来。

③ There is a problem with the sleeve. Please check if the sleeve has worn excessively or if there are other conditions that may cause the plum blossom head to not pop out.
