3、双抛光机构
Double fixation Buffing
清除板件上下面的余胶和碎屑。
Remove excess glue and debris from the top and bottom of the board.
智能操作快捷方便。
2、预铣机构
Pre-milling Unit
标配40mm预铣机构，可修正板材封边面，使封边条与板材能贴合更紧密，整体性和美观度更佳。
Standard with 40T pre-milling cutter, to trim off the defects of panel surface, and thus to achieve a close sticking and a better edge results.
3、预热机构
Pre-heating Unit
预热板件，提升板材与边带的粘合效果。
Workpiece pre-heats to improve a better edging result.
4、齐头机构
End-cutting unit
通过精密的直线导轨运动，快速切断板材前后多余边带。确保切断面平整光滑。并配备自动润滑系统，根据运行次数自动注油，确保齐头机构运行顺畅，提升使用寿命。
5、修边机构
Trimming unit
将突出于木板上下表面多余边带切除，使封边带上下边缘与木板的上下表面平齐。
Remove the excess and protruding edge bａnd from upper and lower sides of the board, so that the upper and lower edges of edge bａnd will be aligned with board surfaces.
6、刮边机构
Scraping Unit
用于消除修边非直线运动的切削过程所引起的波纹痕迹，使板材上下部分更加光滑整洁，配备定向吹丝功能，防止丝带卷入电机主轴引发故障。
It is used to eliminate the ripple marks caused by the cutting process of the non-linear motion when trimming, so that the upper and lower parts of the board are more smooth and tidy.
Equipped with directional blowing function to prevent the ribbon from being caught in the main spindle of the motor and causing failure.
7、清洁脱模机构
Clean&Spray Unit
在待封边的板件上下面喷脱模剂，有效防止封边过程中溢出的热熔胶粘染板面。清除残余胶，保持板面清洁。
Spray the clean dust/chips off the panel surface，The spray agent can effectively isolate hot-melt glue stock on the panel surface.Remove residual glue and keep the board clean.
