一.双平移全气浮工作台()

二.气浮双压板()
Pressure plate(Patented)
分体独立式气浮宽压板，加工平稳，保护板材不被划伤，即使槽靠近板边也可以进行压板作业，提高加工精度。
Structures with 2 independent parts, protects the panel from being scratched and works stably. It can continuously operate even if the groove is close to, thus improving accuracy.
三.双定位装置
Positioning System
根据板材尺寸自动选择移动或固定式定位，防止放板倾斜，提高定位精度，实现快速加工。

系统内嵌算法实现钻孔路径规划，点到点控制减少钻包升降行程。

5.5米抓手导轨，长板一次抓料完成加工，减少换手次数，移动速度达到140m/min，提高加工效率、保证品质稳定。
5500mm long clamp stroke equipped, large panel grips at one time for the process,reduce times in change-over, moving speed up to 140m/min, improves efficiency and guarantee a stable drilling quality.
三轴承定位杆，小板定位准，换手不伤板。
Position rod structured with 3 Bearings ensures accurate positions with small boards and no damage on workpiece during clamp changeover.
