1. 根据需要的转矩值，选择相应的已通过校准的转矩扳手，不允许使用未通过校准的转矩扳手;

1. Select the corresponding calibrated torque wrench according to the required torque value, and it is not allowed to use the torque wrench that fails to pass the calibration;

2. 扳手应该以平衡而缓慢的力量拧动，而不是急剧的拧动。用手握住固定力矩扳手手柄的中点，将手柄垂直于扳手线方向拉动，直至达到要求的力矩。

2. The wrench should be screwed with a balanced and slow force rather than a sharp one. Hold the midpoint of the handle of the fixed torque wrench by hａnd and pull the handle perpendicular to the wrench line until the required torque is reached.

3.不得施加大于固定扭矩扳手额定扭矩的扭矩。不要用固定扭矩扳手拆卸螺栓或螺母。

4、使用固定力矩扳手拧紧螺栓时，不应使用转接头，不得使用，必须符合下列要求:转接头有多种不同形状，可以合理选用;为减小拧紧力矩误差，适配器长度应小于固定力矩扳手长度;当连接适配器时，其线路应与扳手线在一条直线上。如果需要，可以使用带有偏移轴的适配器，但角度不应超过15°。
